An Occupancy Group allows you to create a custom grouping of units based on shared characteristics such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, or location. This makes it easier to organize and manage your listings more efficiently.
Once created, Occupancy Groups can be used as filters across various RevMax tools, including the Tape Chart, Home Settings, and Reports, helping you quickly access and analyze specific sets of units.
Additionally, setting up an Occupancy Group is a key requirement for enabling the MaxYield functionality for your units.
