The Hot Dates feature is designed to help you quickly navigate the Calendar and simplify your workflow. By creating Hot Dates, you can easily jump to specific date ranges for reviewing or updating the Tape Chart.
Common examples include major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July, as well as high-demand periods such as Spring Break or peak seasons. Hot Dates are accessible through the Date Filters within the system and are categorized into two types:
- System-Generated Hot Dates
These are automatically set by the system and highlighted in light blue. They typically reflect major holidays across various markets. If you prefer not to use these Hot Dates, you can submit a request to have them removed.
- Custom Hot Dates
Highlighted in orange, these are manually added by users. This option allows you to define and manage your own Hot Dates based on your specific needs.
