Pending Review means the prices are ready for review by the PM. It´s important to review up/down rates for events/holidays and if they´re okay then hit publish at the unit level.
Please go to the unit level>RevMax GO Tab> click on Publish Pricing if you agree with the rate or modify the rate by day or the first Base Price rate if you would like to change the basis rate for all future dates and hit the down arrow next to Base Rate 2x until it is dark green in color.
Below shows how you change the base rate that will be the basis of the RevMax GO algorithm or starting point. Then apply it to as the base rate for all future dates by pressing the down arrow next to the rate 2x. You will see all dates below now show a dark green arrow indicating that the first rate is now copied for all future dates as well as new dates that will roll in in the future.
