The ceiling Rate is the maximum price per night per unit.

Example:

Base Rate: $100

Ceiling Rate Setting: $110

The Published Rate will never sell above $110 per night.  

**Does not apply to Length of Stay Pricing**

The ceiling Rate Percent is the maximum percent increase of the base rate, so the selling rate will not exceed the base rate plus the percent increase.

Example:

Base Rate: $100

Ceiling Rate Percent Setting: 25%

The Published Rate will never sell above $125 per night.
