If you have received the a message on your RevMax home screen stating Tokens Could Not Be Authenticated this could indicate one of two things. 


  • It could be that the internet loading speed was too fast for the screen to load. The solution is to hit the refresh button to the left of your URL field at the top of your screen and the page will reload showing you the dashboard.
  • It could also be that you have not enabled your LSI integration with your PMS system and need to go to your PMS integrations page and enable that integration and choose to select to send all property's information through the integration. This will enable the data to flow into your dashboard so you can check company progress.
