When a Comp Set Group has 100% occupancy it will show a rate of $0 this is because Comp Set Pricing is based on the Average Selling Rate, not sold rate, which means that it´s only based on what´s available to book.
If your unit only has Comp Set Pricing enabled and the comp set is $0 it will default to your base rate or floor rate. To avoid not having a rate available if the Comp Set is sold out, we recommend you also apply RevMax GO to your system. This will ensure that the system will first use your selected comp set but will also have other market comp rates it can pull from when you customized comp set it fully booked and therefore can no long provide a rate.
