In setting up your Length of Stay Strategy in RevMax, this will automatically be synced in your Streamline account. After this action, you may need to check a few details to ensure that the Length of Stay (LOS) Map will work in Streamline as well as apply to your Rate Types (including OTA's).

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Ensure the LOS Map has synced from RevMax to Streamline

  • First, make sure that the LOS Map has been set to "Active" in RevMax. Next, open your Streamline account and search "Length of Stay".

RevMax Length of Stay Map sample: Nightly LOS

This should show the LOS Map as "Active" and with the same number of units.

Step 2: Check the Rate Types set on the map

  • To check the rate types set on the map, click on the "pencil" icon, go to the General tab and see the "Rate Types" portion.

  • The STD and Y-STD Rate Types should be set up on this part so that the LOS Map will apply to the rate types. You can also set up your OTA Rate types such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com etc.

  • Once you are done setting, click on "Save". The LOS night minimum will now show in your Streamline's Night Minimum Tape Chart.

Step 3: Make a sample booking to see if the LOS map is working.

  • Make a sample booking in your Streamline Reservations Tape Chart. Make sure that the unit belongs to the map that you have just set up by checking the LOS Map in your RevMax. Select dates that has LOS applied and check the night minimum set as well in both RevMax and Streamline Tape Charts. Also, check the markup/discount set on the night minimum if it has applied to the daily pricing when a sample booking is made.

Let's take unit 1311 Shipwatch as an example.
Sample booking dates: 10/1-10/3/2024 (2 nights)

You can see in the Streamline Night Minimum Tape Chart that a LOS Night Minimum of 2 is active for the unit.

A markup of 50% is set for the period 7/28/2024 - 2/20/2025 and is applied when booked for 2 nights.

Based on the test booking below, the LOS markup of 50% and the night minimum is working as expected.
    (Daily Pricing of $242.52 + 50%= $363.78)
