Gap Logic allows you to automatically override your nightly minimum if a gap opens between two booked reservations that is less than the nightly minimum.
Back-to-back Gap Logic and Gap Minus Rule
Back-to-back Gap Logic works when a nightly minimum cannot be met, we want the system to accept shorter length of stay as long as this fills in the available gap nights.
For example, if a unit has a 3-night minimum and there is a 2-night gap, and Back-to-back Gap Logic is enabled for that unit, the expected outcome is that the system will only allow a 2-night stay during that time.
Gap Minus Rule allows you to accept reservations minus the value assigned it, when using both Gap and Back-to-Back Gap Logic. To know more about Gap Minus Rule, check out this article:
