Max Yield is a dynamic pricing tool that allows you to create your own pricing strategy based on the booking window (days prior to arrival) and occupancy percentage. This pricing method basically automates changes that you would make anyway depending on demand. Price increases/decreases are determined by the discounts and premiums you set within a Yielding Map. The units are segmented into Occupancy Groups and those are then mapped to Yielding Maps that determine how the base price is changed at any given scenario.
How does Max Yield work with other Pricing Methods?
*Max Yield + RevMax GO: The discount/mark up being set on the yielding map will apply to the recommended rate from RevMax GO
*Max Yield + CompSet Pricing: Comp Set Pricing recommended rate will serve as the base rate for the Max Yield Rate wherein the discounts/mark-ups set on the yielded map will apply.
*Max Yield + CompSet Pricing + RevMax GO: Increases/Decreases set on the yielding map will apply to the average rate from Comp Set Pricing and RevMax Go.
