Rollover Pricing allows you to automatically carry over the current base rate, including any overrides from this year, as the new base rates for the upcoming year. These rates will apply to the same days of the week. You also have the option to add increases or decreases to these rates, enabling you to implement the strategy you believe is best for the year ahead.

How to Set up Rollover Pricing

For all clients:
The RevMax Revenue Management team strongly recommends enabling Dynamic Floor Rates when using the Rollover Pricing Tool. This helps ensure that your rates do not drop below what was sold during the same period in the previous year. For setup instructions, check out this Knowledge Base Article to get started.

For Streamline users:
When Rollover Pricing is enabled, it overrides your Season Base Pricing from Streamline. While Rollover Pricing sets the base rates for the upcoming year, it does not automatically open seasons. To ensure your booking window is open, you’ll still need to manually create seasons and enter season rates in your Streamline system.
