The Occupancy Group feature in your RevMax system allows you to categorize units into specific groupings. These groupings are primarily used for Max Yield and RevMax Reporting.
By assigning units to Occupancy Groups, such as “2-Bedroom Units” or “Oceanfront Properties”, you can easily filter and analyze performance metrics for each group.
Within the RevMax Tape Chart, the Occupancy Group filter enables you to view key performance indicators for the selected group, including:
- Sold ADR (Average Daily Rate)
- Paid Occupancy
- Total Occupancy
- RevPAU (Revenue Per Available Unit)
- Last Year’s Sold ADR
- Last Year’s Occupancy
- Last Year’s Paid Nights
This feature provides a clear comparison of current and past performance, making it easier to track trends and make informed decisions.
