The CompSet Builder now includes an enhanced Rate Calendar, providing valuable insights into the pricing and booking trends of the competitors within your CompSet groups.

The Rate Calendar allows you to analyze competitor performance over time and compare key pricing and occupancy metrics for each date.

Availability and Booking Statistics

At the top of the Rate Calendar, you'll find summary statistics that display:

 

• Percentage of Available Nights
• Booked Nights categorized by when they were booked:
  • within 7 days 
  • 8-30 days ago 
  • 31-90 days ago 
  • 90+ days ago

These booking statistics are also highlighted in different color codes for each applicable date within the calendar, making it easy to identify booking pace and availability trends.

Daily Rate Calendar Metrics

For each date, the Rate Calendar displays the following metrics:

• Average Available Rate – The average nightly rate of available competitor listings.
• Average Booked Rate – The average nightly rate of competitor listings that have already been booked.
• Average Occupancy – The average occupancy percentage of the selected CompSet.
• Last Year Average Sold Rate – The average sold nightly rate for the same date during the previous year.

Filtering the Rate Calendar

To help you quickly find the information you need, the Rate Calendar includes several filtering options:

• CompSet Group – Select which CompSet group to display.
• Currency – Choose the currency used to display pricing.
• Date Range – Filter the calendar to view a specific date range.

Exporting the Rate Calendar

You can export the Rate Calendar data to a CSV file for reporting, documentation, or further analysis.
