When I'm in LSI Data Insights, what should I do if I see the "Spilled Milk" Error Message screen like below?


  1. Reset Filters: If you were using filters when running the report and encountered the error, click the light blue "Reset Filters" button. This should clear the filters and allow you to proceed.

  2. Start Over: If resetting the filters doesn’t work, or if you didn’t apply any filters, click the green "Start Over" button to refresh the reporting system.

  3. Refresh Your Browser: We also recommend refreshing your browser, just in case it's a temporary glitch.
